Dr. Jonathan Stehn, PA-C

Jonathan grew up in New York, Ohio, and Alaska.  After high school, he enlisted in the US Coast Guard and served at several duty stations working in Search and Rescue and law enforcement, and qualified as an EMT.  Later, he started his medical education and was selected for the Inter-service Physician Assistant training program at Fort Sam Houston TX, and Fort Carson Colorado.  After completion, Jonathan continued with the Coast Guard for another 15 years as a Physician Assistant in Family Practice and Flight Medicine at Air Stations as well as several shipboard assignments.  He retired after 29 years of service in 2015.

After the Coast Guard, Jonathan moved to Arizona where he worked in orthopedic spine surgery for a couple of years before returning to acute care and general medicine, working in Urgent Care for 4 years.

After 6 years of the Arizona heat, He and his family missed the cooler temps and trees and have returned to the PNW to enjoy hiking, biking, skiing, and boating.

We welcome Jonathan Stehn PA C to the practice in June of 2021.  After filling in for Bliss Jensen’s maternity leave he decided to stay and we know you will appreciate his experience and expertise.
