Our goal is to provide personalized, professional health care with a “small-town feel” in our modern, 2000-square-foot clinic with an on-site lab.
We offer full-scope family practice, including preventative care, chronic disease management, same-day urgent care appointments, health maintenance exams for men and women, well-child checks, and minor surgeries.

We offer full-spectrum family medicine care, including preventive care, annual wellness exams, Pap smears, contraceptive care, well-child/adolescent exams, immunizations, and sports physicals. The treatment of acute illness in adult and pediatric patients is our focus, along with chronic care management of conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, and heart disease. We can offer integrative and holistic modalities, including nutrition, therapeutic lifestyle counseling, and acupuncture.
We will help facilitate specialist referral when needed and assist you with your insurance prior authorization process.
We have daily access for urgent care needs and can perform minor procedures such as skin lesion treatment and removal, as well as laceration repair. We also have on-site laboratory services for your convenience.
