Since graduating from a BSN program in 1976, Mary went on to earn a Master’s in Nursing (’89) before going on to serve with the rank of Major in the U.S. Air Force. She then served in the Veterans Administration Health Care System for 15 years, completing a Post-Master’s Family Nurse Practitioner program at OHSU in 2007.
Although Mary has practiced in Acute Care Hospitals, it is in Primary Care where she feels her strongest call to help people. Specialty areas of practice include cholesterol management, wound and diabetic foot care. Mary also is certified to perform DOT physicals.
A lifelong learner, Mary will soon complete her Doctorate in Nursing Practice through Gonzaga University, as part of her goal to deliver the best possible Primary Care.
Mary loves living in the Pacific NW, close to her three grown children and enjoys taking photos of our beautiful natural surroundings.
